While I can appreciate that much of what you say regarding beauty is true, your solutions leave much to be desired. Here is some information for you. My husband is an oral surgeon so he is very educated on the topic. Interestingly, Tad therapy is available now for shortening of the midface. It is cutting-edge as patients would usually need maxillary impaction surgery to shorten the midface. Now, steel posts called TADS are attached inside the mouth in the gum area above the teeth, strong rubber bands are attached and the teeth are pulled upward as the bone resorbs. It is truly amazing because it is much less invasive than having jaw surgery. As the teeth go up, the midface shortens but inevitably the patient then needs a liplift.
